Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging with all tags and accessories
- In the same condition you received it
Step-by-Step Return Process
1Submit Your Return Request
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return or exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
2Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
3Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
4Return Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bar & Liquor Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Cookware that shows signs of use
- Calisthenics equipment that has been assembled or used
- Pet Carriers & Cat Trees that show wear or damage
- Any items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
Since we serve customers worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), international returns follow the same process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
